The Office of Student Services plays a key role in the Institute's commitment towards building an international campus by providing support to all foreign nationals in the MIIS community with immigration and visa information for:

Current MIIS graduate students pair up with ESL students to support language and culture sharing.

Please note that the format of the Conversation Partner program has changed.

As of 2015, the English Conversation Partner program will pair MIIS ESL students with MIIS graduate students, and English will be the language spoken by the pair.

The goal is to encourage ESL students to develop their conversation skills and to introduce graduate students to new cultures. We regret that we can no longer offer this program as a service to the greater community and thank you for your understanding.

Professional programs in Translation, Interpretation, and Localization include intensive courses designed for continuing education of working professionals. Customized programs for groups seeking specific skill building and professional development for translators and interpreters are also possible.
