Mr. William M. Brooks has over 34 years of high technology industry management experience working in New Product Development (NPD) organizations. His role has spanned from Research Physicist to Senior Vice President/General Manager, often working as Senior Program Manager leading international product development teams. His expertise extends from technology to business development that includes project planning, multi-criteria decision-making, multi-cultural leadership, financial management, contracts management, and strategy development.
Professor Jenkins' career began with Procter & Gamble. He subsequently held senior-level management positions with three other multinational organizations. He later became Market Research Director of the Canadian Television Network. Following this he was Professor of Marketing and served as Dean of Business and Economics at Wilfird Laurier University in Canada. While serving as dean, he launched Laurier's highly successful MBA and cooperative BBA programs. PCMI Program Overview
Available to Fall and Spring incoming students (depending on the program), the Peace Corp Master's International (PCMI) program uniquely prepares students to fulfill challenging Peace Corps field assignments in developing countries. While attaining a degree from the Monterey Institute and carrying out the Peace Corps mission, students will apply theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom to real-life business development projects.
