Andrew Silberman is President of the Tokyo based AMT Group, a management training organization he founded in 1992, and a graduate of the Monterey Institute's Fisher International MBA program. In this interview, Andrew offers advice to current MBA students about the skills necessary to live and work in Japan.
Eight Monterey Institute graduate students recently departed for India, Nigeria, Tanzania and Vietnam as representatives of the new Frontier Market Scout Program, which is designed to connect local entrepreneurs with U.S. investors.
