MIIS Departments

The Office of International Studies supports international faculty, researchers, staff, and visitors at MIIS with documentation needed to obtain visas and legal status in the U.S. MIIS sponsors scholars in a variety of different nonimmigrant classifications, depending on the purpose and nature of their visit. All requests for university sponsorship officially begin in the host department or research center. This section of the website is a resource to departments or offices that need to complete paperwork for visa or immigration sponsorship.
