Zumba Fitness and Bollywood Dance Classes

Zumba Fitness classes are free for MIIS students, faculty and staff, and are brought to you by student services. Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday evening from 4:45-5:45pm at Z Club Fitness on Pacific Street, across from the Casa Fuente Building. All dates and locations are available on the MIIS Events Calendar.

<p>Zumba Fitness</p>

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Zumba Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar. It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Bollywood Dancing

Bollywood style dance classes are a fun way to get in shape, and learn a fun and dynamic style of dance. This class is also taught by Alison Cameron.
