Zumba (Mondays, 6pm-7pm in CF 434, last class of the Fall 2016 semester will be 12/12)
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
POUND (Wednesdays, 6pm-7pm in CF 434, last class of the Fall 2016 semester will be 12/14)
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Corebar (Corebar classes are finished for the Fall 2016 semester)
A total body, high intensity, interval-based cardio and conditioning program, guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life!
Non-stop movement... non-stop sweat, Corebar® is intense, energetic, playful, diverse, deliberate, focused and...FUN.
All classes will be held in MG215
Mondays: 6:00pm to 6:50pm with Rebekah Cordell
Wednesdays: 4:00pm to 4:50pm with Roxy Kennedy
Fridays: 11:00am to 11:50am with Maria Prichard
