Keep Calm and Meditate

• 20-minute Silent Meditation: Wednesdays, 12:30PM
• 20-minute Guided Meditation: Mondays, 6PM

Both in MG215! Simply a regular time and peaceful place to meditate, or just sit in silence. No need to sign up, just show up!

Keep Calm and Get Unstuck

Join us for the hour-long seminar Getting Unstuck: Overcoming Procrastination on Thursday, October 8th at 12:30pm in Morse B104. The seminar, taught by Eva Giedt, will explore the causes and enablers of procrastination and introduce tools to overcome it.

Stress Management Workshop on Thursday, November 12th 
at 12:30pm in Morse B106. The workshop, taught by local licensed mental health 
practitioner, Eva Giedt, will introduce useful strategies to transform stress into a motivating, rather than debilitating, force in our lives.
