Student Services is bringing back the Keep Calm Wellness Series back for Fall 2014. Sign-up for one of these fun and helpful workshops to help keep your life in balance.
Keep Calm and Manage Stress
When: Thursday, September 18th, 12-1pm
Keep Calm and Meditate
Weekly drop-in silent meditation sessions under guidance of fellow meditator and MIIS faculty member Julie Johnson. Simply a regular time and peaceful place to meditate, or just sit in silence. No need to sign up, just show up! Please review details on the Student Services Blog.
