Student Services is bringing back the Keep Calm Wellness Series back for Fall 2014. Sign-up for one of these fun and helpful workshops to help keep your life in balance. 


Keep Calm and Manage Stress
When harnessed effectively, stress can be a source of energy and motivation. During this seminar, we will cover strategies for coping with stress and increasing our ability to transform stress into a motivating, rather than debilitating, force in our lives. Led by Eva Giedt, local licensed mental health practitioner. Sign up here!

Keep Calm and Meditate

Weekly drop-in silent meditation sessions under guidance of fellow meditator and MIIS faculty member Julie Johnson. Simply a regular time and peaceful place to meditate, or just sit in silence. No need to sign up, just show up! Please review details on the Student Services Blog
