Student Services is bringing back the Keep Calm Wellness Series back for Spring 2014. Sign-up for one of these fun and helpful workshops to help keep your life in balance.
Workshops are led by Ana Poirier, local Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, yoga instructor, experienced natural foods chef, massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner. Read more about Ana here.
