Conference Funding Application - Closed for the 2013-2014 Academic Year

  1. Complete all sections of the Conference Funding Application.
  2. Attach copies of original receipts.
  3. If applying for pre-approval attach copies of price quotes. These will be used in evaluating your application but cannot be used for the reimbursement process.
  4. When applying for mileage attach a Mapquest or Google map indicating total mileage.
  5. If you are applying for funding as a conference presenter you must submit confirmation in the form of a conference program, registration/participation confirmation, or a letter from the conference director or planning committee.
  6. Students may apply for more than one conference, but funding for each separate application is not guaranteed.

*The Conference Funding Committee reserves the right to request additional documentation.
