CEAS will co-host with several campus organizations a special exhibit of Hiroshima-Nagasaki A-Bomb photo posters from March 18 to April 1, 2008. The program is made possible by a generous support of the Hiroshima Peace Culture Foundation and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.
Thirty photo posters will be on display from March 18 afternoon to April 1 morning

Mr. Koji Hosokawa was exposed to the A-bomb 1.3 km away from the hypocenter when he was 17 years old. He lost his younger sister to the A-bomb. He has worked as a “Peace Volunteer” at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum since April of 2000, providing guided tours of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and the Peace Memorial Park. He has also been sharing his experience with museum visitors since April of 2005. In 2004, he traveled to France, UK, and Spain as a member of the Hiroshima World Peace Mission.

Mr. Steve Leeper became Chairperson of the Hiroshima Peace Culture Foundation in April 2007. He had served as Special Advisor to the Hiroshima Peace Culture Foundation and as U.S. Representative of Mayors for Peace. He received his MA in clinical psychology from West Georgia University. His is the author of Hiroshima Revolution (Global Peacemakers Association, August, 2004)and many articles in Atomic Scientist Bulletin, PHP Intersect, and other magazines.
