Check-in Procedures for Scholars

New Scholars and researchers are required to check-in with the Office of International Services (OIS) within 7 days of arrival to allow the responsible officer to validate your arrival. You should bring the following documents for both yourself and each of your dependents:

  • Passport
  • Visa
  • I-94
  • DS-2019
  • Proof of Insurance
