ID Photo Upload

Use this form to upload a digital photograph to be used for your Monterey Institute photo ID card.

The photo you upload must meet the following requirements:

  • must be in a .JPG format
  • not larger than 1MB in size
  • hats are not acceptable, but cultural attire is allowed
  • photos should be similar to one used in a goverment document, such as a passport. The photo will be cropped so provide ample space around your head and shoulders.

Only .jpg files are accepted. Please be sure they are less than 1MB.
