Reset Your Passwords
Where to reset passwords for your MIIS network/email account and BannerWeb.
MIIS Network / Email Password
To set up your account, or if your password has expired, or you are having problems accessing a MIIS site (or, if you simply forgot your password) start by resetting your password at the Activate page.
Use your BannerWeb ID and PIN to log into Activate. Your MIIS ID controls your access to Library and PAC lab computers, the MIIS wireless network, printing (PaperCut), Library E-databases (Proxy), iLearn (Moodle), Zócalo, MIIS Sites and eReserve.
If you forget your BannerWeb PIN number simply click on "Forgot PIN?" on the BannerWeb login page and follow the directions to reset your PIN. If you cannot reset your PIN this way, then you will need to visit the ITS Help Desk in Casa Fuente 320 with a current ID badge. BannerWeb allows students, faculty, and staff to access institutional administrative & academic records and to enter time card information.
