Reset Your Passwords
Where to reset passwords for your MIIS network/email account and BannerWeb.
To set up your network/email account, or if your password has expired, or you are having problems accessing a MIIS site (or, if you simply forgot your password) start by resetting your password at the link below. (Account activation occurs through Middlebury College).
Use your BannerWeb ID and PIN to log into Activate. Your network/email password controls your access to Library and PAC lab computers, the MIIS wireless network, printing (PaperCut), Library E-databases (Proxy), iLearn (Moodle), Zócalo, eReserve and other MIIS sites.
If this is your first time on the Activate page, please make sure you write down the account name that is displayed (in red) after you log in using your BannerWeb ID and PIN. This account name is also your email account and email address. (account @miis.edu).
If you forget your BannerWeb PIN number simply click on "Forgot PIN?" on the link below and follow the directions to reset your PIN. If you cannot reset your PIN this way, then you will need to visit the ITS Help Desk in Casa Fuente 320 with a current ID badge. BannerWeb allows students, faculty, and staff to access institutional administrative & academic records and to enter time card information. (BannerWeb is provided by Middlebury College).
