The Help Desk serves as technical support for campus computers, laptops, printers and copiers, for students, faculty and staff. We also coordinate iLearn, the course management system.
Students are encouraged to visit the Help Desk with their technology issues. The Help Desk is available for students with wireless & printing account issues and other network connection problems.
We also encourage the use of our ticketing system, webhelpdesk.middlebury.edu for technology related issues.
Students are advised to bring their Student Identification cards with them to verify access to their accounts.
