Information Technology

We manage campus services such as the wireless network and student email. This involves maintaining an intricate network of servers, printers, and computer labs. But what matters most is that we can help you enhance your technology experience!

Where To Find Us

You can find us at two campus locations: the Help Desk and Student Technology Services. If you need to reset one of your passwords for the Middlebury network and email, MIIS local network, or BannerWeb, visit our Password Reset page.

Services Provided

Email

We provide students with personal email accounts, which are valid until six months after graduation. Please visit Student Technology Services to activate your email account before or during Orientation Week.

Computer Labs

There are PC computers available for student projects in the library and the Pacific Lab on the first floor of Casa Fuente. We also have facilities and technological resources for translation and interpretation students.

Student Printing

You can print from your laptop or a campus computer. Please visit Student Technology Services to setup your printer account.

We provide each student $100 of printing money, or roughly 1,000 pages, each semester. Each page costs $.10 for single-sided or $.08 for double-sided printing. If you exceed this amount, you can purchase Top-Up cards at the Library or Cashier's office. You can check your student printing account using your local network ID to login.
