Our people are our greatest resource.

We are an academic community committed to preparing innovative professionals able to thrive in cross-cultural, multilingual environments. We are committed to a standard of excellence in student services and the quality of work expected of our employees. Human Resources provides a productive environment in which to work and learn through open and affirming policies and practices. We have created an infrastructure for the Institute that provides standards and safeguards of employment while fostering a culture that is open, affirming, receptive, and supportive.

Our Guiding Principles

Students come first.

Their individual satisfaction with our programs and their academic and professional achievement are the best measure of our success. In every decision, we seek to foster the student’s vision.

Our faculty and staff are our most important organizational resource.

We strive to recognize and develop each person’s contribution to the organization. We value the many experiences, cultures, and abilities that create our community.

Quality is improved in an atmosphere of honesty and support.

We endeavor to ensure the quality of our programs by assessing and improving processes that most affect student outcomes. We encourage innovation by promoting a free exchange of ideas at all levels and areas of our organization.

Be a significant and positive force in our community.

We provide exceptional academic programs to enable our students to become productive global citizens. By truly understanding our fellow citizens in other parts of the world, both culturally and linguistically, our graduates are positioned for prominence and impact on the world stage.
