Our goal is to facilitate quality education by providing service and support for academic computer labs, and instructional technology for classrooms and events on campus.
The Lab Support Center provides hardware and software support services for the following facilities.
- Max Kade Language Technology Center
- T&I Multimedia Language Lab
- Pacific Instructional Lab
- Simultaneous Interpretation Labs I, II and III
- William Tell Coleman Library
- Student Printing Services
- Provides help desk services for students and faculty using the above facilities.
- Coordinates software and computer equipment services for classes, special events, and conferences.
- Provides lab scheduling for classes and special events.
- Provides scheduling and backup support for the Wireless Laptop Support Center.
- Provides maintenance of student printing system.
- Provides lab orientation for all incoming students.
