Ashley Fera Arrocha

Ashley Arrocha is the Associate Dean of Student Services and Alternate Human Relations Officer in the Office of Student Services.  Since 1997, Ashley has held different positions in the areas of recruiting, admissions, enrollment management, and student services.  As a result of supporting the Institute’s mission for more than two decades, she deeply understands the Institute and has been able to engage in a wide range of important work including student wellbeing and crisis management, threat assessment, judicial affairs, Title IX, and workforce planning.  Ashley is a committed higher education professional with a special interest in creating a safe, inclusive and engaging student life environment for students.   

She received her Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Loyola Marymount University and her MA in Public Administration from the Institute.  Ashley has extensive international experience including living and studying in Spain and Taiwan.
