Meghan Rasmussen

Director of Foundation Relations and Institutional Grants

Meghan has eight years of experience managing government-sponsored grants and contracts in multiple research, academic, and policy communities. She most recently managed proposal review and grant funding for the Project on Advanced Systems and Concepts for Countering WMD at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), where she also worked with NPS faculty to submit winning proposals ranging from $30k to $2.5m. Prior to her work at NPS, Meghan led project and proposal development teams at a Washington, DC-based consulting firm. Previous employers include Johns Hopkins University, Catholic Relief Services, the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Meghan holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College. She speaks Turkish.
