Molly Laughlin

Stewardship Officer

Molly Laughlin is responsible for executing a comprehensive donor stewardship strategy, managing the gift acknowledgment letter process, creating reports for donors, and helping to coordinate donor-centered events.

A second-generation native San Franciscan, she has lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1993. Prior to coming to MIIS, she was Deputy City Clerk for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea, worked for seven years in the Recreation Department for the City of Pacific Grove, and four years as Membership Director of the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce. She received a BA in Political Science from St. Mary’s College of California and an MA degree in Journalism, with an emphasis in medical writing, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
