To thrive in your career, you need to 1) be certain that you are following the right career path for you and 2) be able to market yourself professionally in your job search and throughout your career. At the Monterey Institute, our students become competent at self-assessment, resume and cover letter writing, networking and interviewing through our Professional Development Essentials course, one-on-one advising sessions, and through our workshops, information sessions and networking opportunities.
