Programs and Preparation

Peace Corps is celebrating its 20th year of Peace Corps Master’s International (PCMI) programs. The Monterey Institute is proud to offer PCMI programs in three of the four graduate schools.

Students spend 2-3 semesters on campus in preparation for Peace Corps service, spend 27 months in a Peace Corps assignment, and return to campus for a final semester to complete degree requirements.
