Jill Stoffers oversees graduate student recruiting activity for all of the Institute’s graduate programs. She joined the Institute's workforce in 2000 after completing her Master's degree in Commercial Diplomacy as a Truman scholar. She also received her bachelor's degree in International Studies from Portland State University. In addition to her current role as recruiting director, her experience at the Institute includes work as in academic advising and enrollment management. Enrollment Manager, International Policy programs

Devin Lueddeke meets with prospective students interested in international policy, environmental policy and public administration and works closely with the school’s dean and faculty to share information about the programs. He joined the institute in 2007. Prior to joining the Institute, he lead recruitment for cross-cultural programs abroad for an East Coast based higher education institution. Enrollment Manager, International Business programs

Caroline Mansi coordinates recruiting and admissions efforts for all programs at the MBA programs at the Monterey Instit. She joined the Institute in 2006, and has prior experience as the director of a small business development center in Washington, D.C., which was ranked as the fastest growing and wealthiest counties in the U.S. during her tenure. She also served in the Peace Corps, and was among the first volunteer group assist in the area of micro business enterprise in the Kingdom of Jordan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and is a current Master’s candidate of the MBA in the International Management program at the Institute. Carol Johnson
Enrollment Manager Translation and Interpretation and Language Teaching programs

Carol Johnson is the latest addition to the Monterey Institute Enrollment team. She provides information to students interested in Translation and Interpretation and Language and Teaching programs. Always fascinated with language learning, Carol is excited to promote the master’s programs in these language-centric programs. Carol studied French and German at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and spent a summer studying French at the Sorbonne in Paris. Making the move to California in the 1980, Carol established a career in the electronics industry where she held sales and product marketing positions for 19 years. Looking for a change from the Silicon Valley fast-lane, she found her way to the world of international education at University of California, Santa Cruz. She was the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the English Language and International Programs Dept. for nearly five years. Carol joined the Monterey Institute in late 2008 and is excited to meet prospective students and assist them with the application and admissions.

Director, Career and Enrollment Manager, Translation and Interpretation Programs

Jeff Wood directs career services and manages enrollment for the translation and interpretation programs at the Monterey Institute. He joined the Institute over 20 years ago and served in a multitude of capacities. Most of Jeff’s professional career has been within higher education. He has been published in seven magazines and journals on international language careers, including publications such as The Wall Street Journal. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College and a Master’s degree in Education from Antioch New England Graduate School of Education.
