Receiving your money
If you accepted student loans in excess of tuition and fees to be used for living expenses, you will receive a refund. Refunds are given as checks or deposited directly into your account. You can pick up your check from the Cashier’s Office after you receive an email that your check is ready for pickup. If you would prefer to receive the refund directly into your bank account, you can sign up for direct deposit through your BannerWeb account.
The earlier you complete your paperwork (master promissory notes, etc.), the sooner your funds will be available. However, you cannot receive any financial aid PRIOR to the first day of classes.
If you are not receiving financial aid, or if the amount you will be receiving does NOT cover your tuition balance, you must pay the difference by 4:00 pm on the first day of classes.
