James Knuckles IEP/MBA 2012

Who:

James Knuckles is a 2012 dual degree candidate at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. He will graduate with a MBA in International Management and a MA in International Environmental Policy. James is a 2007 graduate of Bowdoin College, where he studied math, french, and economics, and was a 4-year varsity track athlete. Before enrolling in the Monterey Institute, James worked for an innovation and economic policy think tank in Washington, DC. After his first year at the Monterey Institute, he spent the summer in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, serving as a project manager for the social enterprise division of a large manufacturing company. James is loving life in Monterey, where he spends his free time running, gardening, and hiking/exploring the beautiful California outdoors. James wants to give students the opportunity to meet a MIIS current student, hear his story, and learn more about what MIIS has to offer as they plan for their future and their careers.
