Two-Week Training: May 28-June 11

The two-week program is followed by a July-December field assignment. The one-week training is followed by a 2-3 month field assignment (summer only).

The FMS Training Program is offered on the Monterey Institute Campus in Monterey, California in January and May/June each year. Class is held mostly on weekdays and some weekends. Participation in the program requires pre-readings and oral and written presentations during and after the class.

Note: Only COMPLETE applications will be reviewed. All applicants are encouraged to apply by the early acceptance deadline.  Not only does this allow for a more preferred fellowship placement, but also increased time to apply for international visas and grants/financial aid.  Admissions decisions will be made on a rolling basis after the general application deadline. There is no fee to apply.
