DPMI Plus Application

The following application needs to be filled out in its entirety during one online session - the application is not complete until you electronically sign the final page.

Application Deadline

For summer and fall internships, apply to DPMI Plus by February 15 (early admission) or April 1 (regular admission) deadlines. For spring internships, apply by September 15 (early admission) or October 31 (regular admission).  An exception to this deadline may be requested for special circumstances and opportunities.

You may be interviewed during the selection process.

Please upload your approximately 600-word personal statement. This statement should describe your background and what you hope to contribute to the organization and your field.

We recommend that an edited version of this document be included in your correspondence with potential internship host organizations.

Please upload a degree map showing how you plan to fullfill your degree requirements and complete DPMI Plus.  Please consult your academic advisor if you have any questions with this process.
