Is a counterterrorism and security policy specialist currently working as the Media Manager at the Monterey Terrorism Research and Education Program. He is focusing on South and Southeast Asia, as well as broader Middle East and North African issues. Christopher earned a bachelor of arts in Political Science from Washington State University in 2011 where he focused on homeland security and defense related topics. He has also studied Spanish and Latin American security. Other areas of interest for Christopher include: cyber security, special warfare, and counterproliferation. Professionally, he has a background in C-IED and nuclear security. In his free time, Christopher enjoys reading on the beach and going for long runs.
