John Duvall Our fellow classmate John Duvall will give the third installment in the Civil-Military Relations Course, "Planning For War: An Introduction." This lecture will present the process by which the U.S. military plans its major military operations and campaigns across the range of military operations. Additionally, Major Duvall will discuss his role as the leader of the operational planning team for the US military's withdrawal from Iraq as directed by President Obama.|
