Professor Lee has been working as a freelance interpreter and translator since 1991. She worked for many government agencies including the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Maritime and Fisheries, the Ministry of Information, and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, as well as major businesses such as Samsung SDS and Hyundai Motor Company. From 1996 to 2007, she served as a staff interpreter at Taylor Nelson Sofres, a leading market research firm in Seoul.
Aside from T&I degrees, she recently earned a master of science in Instructional Science and Technology. She tries to incorporate technology in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
Prior to joining the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, she taught at Hanyang Women's University, Kyunghee University and Duksung Women's University in Korea.
