John R.G. Jenkins
Professor Emeritus, International Policy and Management
Professor Jenkins' career began with Procter & Gamble. He subsequently held senior-level management positions with three other multinational organizations. He later became Market Research Director of the Canadian Television Network. Following this he was Professor of Marketing and served as Dean of Business and Economics at Wilfird Laurier University in Canada. While serving as dean, he launched Laurier's highly successful MBA and cooperative BBA programs. He has been a visiting professor in Australia, Britain, China, and New Zealand, and has taught business seminars in various other countries, including Brazil, Fiji, Italy and Poland.
Dr. Jenkins is the author of Marketing and Customer Behavior, Canadian Cases in Marketing Communications, and Jura Separatism in Switzerland. He has co-authored Advertising in Canada and Public Relations in Canada in addition to a large number of cases, articles and papers. In addition, Professor Jenkins has co-authored three marketing simulation games, the most recent being CANADPLAN (Simon & Schuster).
