What excites you about being a professor at MIIS?

I enjoy a receptive, interested and eager audience. It is my pleasure to interact with students, to share my experience with them, even if a question is out of the theme scope.

Expertise

Emergency response and coordination, non-proliferation and disarmament, delivery of humanitarian assistance coordination, NBC training.

Recent Accomplishments

Development and establishment of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Delivery of Assistance Concept.

Development of international training curricula for emergency preparedness and response to HAZMAT emergencies (including CBRN).

Establishment of several national and regional emergency response teams.
