MIIS Senior Fellow Authors Lead Article in Current Issue of Arms Control Today

Senior Fellow Dr. Jonathan Tucker of the Monterey Institute’s James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies authored the lead article in the recently-published March 2009 issue of Arms Control Today. Dr. Tucker’s article focuses on "The Smallpox Destruction Debate: Could a Grand Bargain Settle the Issue?" Arms Control Today, the monthly journal of the Arms Control Association, is a national organization dedicated since 1971 to promoting public understanding of and support for effective arms control policies.
