Monterey Institute Alum Peter Crail Quoted in New York Times

Monterey Institute alum Peter Crail (MA, International Policy Studies ‘06) was quoted in an article in yesterday’s New York Times characterizing the state of arms control negotiations between the United States and Russia. Crail, who also completed the Nonproliferation Studies Certificate and served as a research associate at the Institute’s James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, is now an analyst at the Washington, D.C.-based Arms Control Association.
