Today’s edition of the Asia Times Online features an opinion piece by Dr. Jing-dong Yuan, director of the East Asia Nonproliferation Program at the Monterey Institute’s James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, and an associate professor of International Policy Studies at the Institute.
