Russian TV Interviews CNS Director on Obama Visit

Moscow-based English-language TV news program Russia Today recently interviewed Dr. William Potter, director of the Monterey Institute's James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, in an appearance that focused on assessing the climate and potential outcomes of President Barack Obama's upcoming visit to Russia. In the course of the interview, Dr. Potter discussed the visit, expectations regarding a potential new arms control treaty between the U.S. and Russia.
