Two Monterey Institute student clubs, the Amnesty International Club and STOP Club, are joining with the United Nations Association and the Peace Coalition on April 27-28 to present the 2nd annual Monterey Institute Human Rights Fair. Dr. Charlie Clements, Executive Director of Harvard University’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy will deliver the keynote address in the Irvine Auditorium at 6 pm on Friday, April 27. The event is free and open to the public and will be followed by a reception and music.

On Saturday April 28 the public is invited to participate in a full day dedicated to the theme of “Crossing the Line,” including documentary screenings and discussions on human trafficking, the rights of immigrants and peace advocacy.
