The current issue of NATO Review, the official publication of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, puts a spotlight on key transitions taking place in Afghanistan today in the feature story of its current issue: ”Enduring Partnerships: is corruption now Afghanistan’s main battlefield?

The analysis examines how rampant corruption affects the Afghan public and the alliance’s ability to promote stability and complete a successful handover of security responsibilities to the Afghan government. One of the main experts interviewed is Dr. Sharad Joshi of the Monterey Institute‘s Graduate School of Policy and Management.

Prof. Joshi will be teaching in the upcoming executive education training  on “Terrorism, Bioterrorism, and Pandemics” June 20-23, 2011.
