Finding Kent and Kathy
Just rediscovered where Kent (and Kathy) is after working with him back in the war time emergency program in Mozambique way back in 1987 to 1992!). In what was sometimes quite a politically charged programming environment Kent was the fairest person I knew on the 55 person programming team. Too little emphasis is placed on the 'morale makers' in organizations. Kent was a morale maker and this made a huge difference for us up in the war zones where sustained morale helped us make better decisions that saved more lives. Monteray School has gained a great asset in Kent and the woman that supports him!
