Dr. William Potter, CNS Founder and Champion of Nonproliferation Education, Receives Award from Carnegie Endowment

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace recently presented Dr. William Potter with its Thérèse Delpech Memorial Award. Potter founded the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute and was instrumental in the establishment of the MA in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies.
