Linda Childs Hothem

Background

Linda Childs Hothem founded PACAM, a warehouse based logistics provider in the San Francisco Bay Area, in 1987 with her late partner and husband Ronald E. Hothem.  In 1996, following Ron’s death, she took over his industrial real estate portfolio growing its holdings over 200%.  In 2008, after 21 years of operating PACAM, Linda negotiated the sale of that company to Matson Global Distribution Services, an Alexander Baldwin company.  Linda speaks fluent Spanish and has extensive business experience in Panama.  She is the proud mother of Aaron Hothem (21) and Christian Hothem (20).
